Example of a Typical American 8 Sander Rebuild

The machine will be disassembled and glass beaded (similar to sand blasting), then either painted or polished (depending on production needs), the machine will be reassembled with new hardware and any non aluminum parts painted,  normal list of new parts includes, bearings, seals, recovered drum, pivot axles, feather handle upgrade, all new wiring and upgraded to the new style circuit breaker assembly with  flanged inlet, all new pulleys, drum shaft, belts, bag, 75 ft power cord, wood handle, carry handle, and a new sealed Baldor Motor.  Comes with a 6 month warranty.
