THE TRUTH ABOUT HEPA FILTERS

Our HEPA filter is certified and has a certification label in 3 places. HEPA filters cannot be cleaned and reused. If they silt up quickly they are not cheap!

Notice the HEPA filter mounted on the back. The 99% efficient cyclone catches most of the debris in a plastic bag. Next the fine dust gets caught in the main filter. Our main filter has been sized (40 sq ft) so the filter can be skimmed over and still pass 600 cfm. This means less cleaning of the filter. There is a dump tray at the bottom of the main cabinet that can be easily accessed. Also the main filter cleans the air better when it is skimmed over. This keeps the certified 1200 cfm HEPA filter, cleaner longer. This keeps your operating costs lower.  The HEPA filter can be easily removed and a baffle plate put in its place that has a 4" opening that will allow the exhaust air to be exited outside. This cover also can be used with the HEPA filter.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CFM

DO NOT GET FOOLED BY CFM RATINGS OF THE MOTORS. WE HAVE 4 - 300 CFM BRUSHLESS MOTORS AND YET AN INDEPENDENT LABRATORY HAS TESTED OURS At 582 CFM  !!      ASK THE COMPETITION ON THEIR RATING! You need 150 cfm for the edger and 250 cfm for the sander. That is 400 CFM! This does depend on the sanders as some draw less or more. If the vac outdraws the machine than holes in the hoses and loose fittings do not leak outward - they draw in! You need to run a 2" hose to the edger and from 2" to 2.5" to 3" sander hose. Our hoses wye into a 4" opening using 4" hose to connect the barrel.

YOU WILL NEVER GET AN ACTUAL 580 CFM FROM A 120 VOLT VACUUM. IT TAKES TOO MUCH POWER TO GET OVER 400 CFM!

Unique barrel attachment allows the barrel to add caster wheels to main unit so vac can be pushed like a shopping cart. Separate the barrel and it rolls around on 4 wheels. The main cabinet can then be rolled like a handcart.

OUT DRAWS the sander and edger together by using a total of 4 -220 volt 300 CFM Flotec vacuum motors (brushless) Out draws a sander and edger but you can connect an extra edger or buffer.

The cyclone has a 4” outlet and inlet for maximum flow which allows full use of CFM

Large wheels allow easier stair climbing, roll over gravel,

30 gallon barrel that can use plastic bags.

US Sander made cyclone recovers 99% of debris in the barrel. This keeps the filter cleaner longer.

Huge 60 sq ft filter keeps working when competitors need cleaning.

The barrel connects to the vacuum for ease of movement.

Use up to 50 feet of  4” feed hose for long runs.

Modular construction allows for the vacuum motors to separate with simple catches, allowing complete access to the filter from the top.

The dust pan drops down from the bottom allowing ease of cleaning of filter. Tip the vacuum on its back for easy access to filter.
