Our Belt sander drums are covered in black rubber, ribbed as per original drum manufacturer, and balanced. We do recover Galaxy and KT drums with red rubber sponge or black. Tech NOTE: Check your top roller assembly for play in the bushings, check the top roller for wear and bad bearings. Replace the cone edge guide rollers often. Call for cost as this may vary. Note we do not warranty galaxy 2000 drums for failure in the area around the middle of the slot. This is a common problem generated when using machine in belt mode. |
